- Meet and hear Geneva Wiskeman, retired Chief Archivist for the State of Michigan, doing a demonstration program titled “Doing an Oral History”
- Meet and hear MORSA board member Thomas Gwaltney, Eastern Michigan University Professor Emeritus, doing a program titled “Influences of the McGuffey Readers” on the thinking of 19th and 20th-century leaders, including Henry Ford
- Tour Meridian’s restored one-room schoolhouse and other 19th-century buildings
- Share memories and reminiscences of your own one-room school experiences
- Get advice on restoring and using a one-room school building
